Like A Bird - Poem

 Each creature, object and being has its own unique purpose and reason why the world plays host to it. If the world did not play host to any one of these countless things, then it would simply not be perfect and in turn, would cease to exist. Each and every thing gives the world its pulse and another chance to survive and yes, another reason to say "Thanks You, Hashem"

Written below is a poem I wrote in May, entitled "Like A Bird". In it, I emphasize the importance of how each creation of the Al-mighty, has its place.

All it needs to do, is find it.

Like A Bird - Poem

Like a bird knows the location of its nest

And a bee knows where is his hive

I know where I am trying to go, too

 

It’s where I have been trying to reach

Sometimes with difficulty, sometimes with ease

Still, I know where I am trying to go, too

 

To get close to you, my father

The awesome and mighty king on high

I hope you are waiting for me there

I try to find you

Hidden as you may seem

So, I hope you will reveal yourself to me

 

Like the salmon knows the river of its birth

And the turtle knows it’s place, too

I know where I am trying to go

I still try, not giving up

Even if it is getting hard now

Still, I know where I am trying to go, too
