The Lost Whisper - Poem
The original construct of the idea, if any of my readers are interested was about a young man trying to hear, or rather, listen out for G-ds voice, all the while being surrounded by other sounds. Its as if he is tying to pick out the sound of G-ds voice, despite having over a thousand plus soundbites to select. Or rather, its as if life has become so hectic and busy with all the business meetings, family life, and all the insecurities and self-doubt to the point that G-ds soft whisper, sent to him is being drowned out by everything else.
Building from beyond that foundation, the story now more centrally focuses on the person doubting that G-d loves or cares about them, due to their own feeling of self-hatred and unworthiness. Despite all those thoughts, however a "Lost Whisper of Centuries Past" finds this person and encourages them to never lose hope and that G-d loves them more than they may ever know.
Wishing you all the best,

The Lost Whisper - Poem In all the confusion,
In all the worry,
In all the pain,
In all the fear,
There lies a deep, sorrow filled question,
So raw, honest and tender,
If I feel unworthy, if I don't love myself,
How can G-d love me, how can he, to me, be near?
Deep in self-doubt,
I doubt G-ds grace in within my soul,
My life is void of clarity and joy,
So my life seems devoid of the divine.
In waves of loathing for my mistakes,
Hating who I have believe I have become,
There is the cry of a broken soul,
Searching for G-d, in me, deep inside.
But in the rush of the world moving,
In the tumult of the noise,
In the roar of negativity,
In the hiss of the insults and self-doubt,
A lost whisper of centuries past,
Finds its way to me,
Pure, untainted, unblemished and soft,
Its voice is kind, it's message is but the clearest sound.
It speaks and so it says,
I am a whisper sent for you, my child,
From the Chambers of paradise,
I am a faint echo of your father in heaven,
Who message I must share with you,
Your father's tears have broken my spirit,
For he cries with you, when you are doubtful and unsure,
Please understand, I beg you, please know this is true,
Your Father, G-d hears you, and, he loves you.
