DNA - Poem

 It's in your DNA.

That is a common expression heard many times in one's life, normally referring to persons physical features that are similar or identical to that of their siblings or parent.

For example, saying to someone, "you have your mother's eyes". That obviously means you and your mother share the same DNA cells that make up the shape and colour to your eyes.

Another example, is telling someone that they look just like their older or younger brother. Obviously, that means the two siblings share many of the same physical features, those features contained in each of the two siblings' DNA cells.

Why am I going on about this so much? Well this week's poem talks about how, deep within us is the incredible G-d given abilities that help us achieve anything and everything. We have so many goals and aspirations In life and only through tapping within our hearts towards the special signature qualities of our DNA, can we achieve them.

DNA - Poem

You wake up every day,

With goals on your mind,

To accomplish them, all you need,

Is a bit of strength from inside,

Reach within your heart,

Feel the powers at play,

You've got everything you need,

In your DNA.

You were born to be a star,

Born to be the champion,

The game is beginning now,

Turn the powers on,

You were born with the gifts,

That nobody else has,

Given by the Divine over to you,

It's all in your hands.

Life may knock you down,

But remember, one mistake is not where this ends

For the righteous one falls seven times,

Each time rising up, again and again.

You wake up every day,

With goals on your mind,

To accomplish them, all you need,

Is a bit of strength from inside,

Reach within your heart,

Feel the powers at play,

You've got everything you need,

In your DNA.

You were born in your time,

With these goals and dreams,

So, you should realise,

That it's time to succeed,

There is no time to waste,

It's now or never,

So go make history,

Become a legend.

You wake up every day,

With goals on your mind,
