Breaking Dawn - Poem
Late one night this week, while I was lying in bed trying to sleep, I had a random thought. I thought about the phrase "Crack of Dawn" and wondered what would happen if that phrase was taken quite literally. What would happen if the dawn of tomorrow had many cracks, breaks and shatters, across it? How would it look?
Now, I imagine it would look quite stunning and beautiful. Imagine it like a painting of many intertwining lines, strokes, gradients and patters. Close your eyes for a minute, maybe two, and try to picture it.
Close your eyes. Breathe in. Breathe out. Imagine it, if you can. Now, breathe in and out again and open your eyes.
Open your eyes and take a read of the idea, the concept, in full poem form.
Enjoy the colorful side of life!
All the best my friends,

Breaking Dawn - Poem
A small dent appeared in the mix of shades,
Spilling patterns and designs,
Across the skies and lands, a large canvas, a lengthy page.
The magical patterns,
Creating splendor and majesty,
A unique piece of art,
Full of interchanging brush strokes, reflections and harmony.
Think of the light pink bubblegum color,
Or a burst of purple hue,
Think of a sparkling white or citrus orange,
Then imagine a light blue.
Think of any color,
You associate with a peaceful dawn,
Think of the different opportunities,
That every day, become reborn.
Just like all these beautiful colors,
Joining together as one in the sky,
Think of how much good we can do,
When we are one, unified.
Imagine every color,
Any at all, if you can,
Remind yourself that every color,
Is part of a masterplan.
Remind yourself, gently,
Sometimes, some colors can’t paint alone,
So they reach out to a friend, a fellow shade or stranger,
For working together, is how the painting will grow
Remember, G-d needs every color,
Every shade, every hue, tone,
You are one of the many out there,
Your colors are just waiting to be shown.
So the next time you see the dawn,
Recognize the different colors,
Watch them spill, spread their joy and uniqueness,
Each one, an individual, working with another
